Education & Training

I started dancing at the age of four with Jacqui Everson at Gemini School of Dance in Griffithstown. I was part of the Cecchetti Classical Ballet Associate programme for 8 years and the Ballet Cymru Associate programme for 5 years as well as attending numerous summer and Easter courses with both organisations whilst at Gemini.

At age 17 I was awarded a scholarship to KS Dance in Cheshire where I spent three years studying on the Classical Course. Here I trained in Ballet, Pas de Deux, Spanish, Jazz, Contemporary, Modern, Tap, Choreography and Musical Theatre. I graduated with a Trinity Level 6 Diploma in Professional Dance and alongside my training I also chose to study for my teaching qualifications and graduated from the ISTD with a DDE in Cecchetti Classical Ballet. I am now also a registered teacher member with the British Ballet Organisation and currently working towards my Licentiate teaching qualification with the ISTD.
